Since the LG G5 was quite a disappointment for the company, LG is trying everything to lessen the impact of poor sale figures. One way to do that is to release a phone that will do well, and that could be the successor of the well-received LG V10 smartphone.

According to ETNews, the successor of the LG V10 is expected to arrive in early September. The official name of the smartphone isn't yet final, but it is more likely that it is going to be called LG V20 instead of LG V11. We also have no details about the specifications, availability nor pricing.
