Huawei's upcoming phablet was expected to be announced on July 11, but that didn't happen. We have no information on the possible new launch, but a couple of new teasers have been recently outed by Huawei, revealing that the handset won't be called Honor V8 Max.
Instead, the company plans to launch it under the name Honor Note 8. The phone has also received a certification from TENAA, which revealed that it will have a 6.6-inch Quad HD AMOLED display, a 4,400 mAh battery and will feature full metal unibody design.
The pricing should start at 1,999 Yuan ($300) for 3 GB model, while the 4 GB version should retail for 2,299 Yuan ($340).
