The J series of smartphones was a nice success for the company as it offered decent performance and design for low amount of money. The South Korean company has now decided to launch the Galaxy Tab J tablet in Taiwan, designed to be used alongside Galaxy J smartphone. It will hit the shelves in early August in Gold and White color options, and a price tag of 5,990 TWD or $190.

The tablet comes with a SIM card slot, so users can pop the SIM out of their phone and insert it into the tablet for not only 4G connectivity, but to accept voice calls and respond to text messages as well.
It packs a 7-inch WXGA display, a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable storage, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, a 4,000 mAh non-removable battery and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. |
