One of the largest Android smartphones available on the market has arrived in the United States. Following recent launch of the Xperia XA and Xperia X Performance, Sony has now launched the Xperia XA Ultra in the country priced at $369.99 with a free 64 GB microSD card.

The 6-inch phablet is available only unlocked from Amazon, Best Buy, B&H, and Reagan Wireless. As it is a GSM/LTE device, it is only compatible with carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile, and can't be used on CDMA carriers like Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular.
