Samsung will finally announce a successor of the popular Gear 2 smartwatch. At the upcoming IFA 2016 trade show, the company will allegedly announce the Gear S3 smartwatch that is expected to keep the round shape of its predecessor, but with several improvements.

The smartwatch will come with a rotary bezel and that is everything SamMobile could confirm, along with the announcement at the IFA, which is scheduled to run between September 2 and September 7. As for the specs, recent rumours suggest AMOLED display that is between 1.2- and 1.5-inches in size, Exynos SoC clocked at 1.0 GHz, IP68 resistant and runs on Tizen.
