10nm manufacturing process is slowly getting more mature and companies are are starting to utilize it. Latest information reveals that Apple has started working with TSMC on the Apple A11 chipset, which should be the heart of many 2017 Apple smartphones and tablets.

The Cupertino company has gradually been shifting its business to TSMC as it doesn't want to have anything with its main competitor Samsung. The 10nm process utilize TSMC's integrated fan-out (InFo) wafer-level packaging (WLP) technologies, so better performance and efficiency are expected. The 10nm Apple A11 will probably be used on iPhone 7s/iPhone 8 smartphones, and new iPads.
