As we are waiting for the company to launch new iPhone 7 lineup, a picture of the Apple A10 chipset emerged online. The successor to the Apple A9, the Apple A10 chipset is expected to be built only by the TSMC and could power the upcoming iPhone 7 lineup. There are also rumours that the chipset features 3 GB of RAM and carries a dual-core processor clocked at 2.37 GHz, up from 1.84 GHz on the A9.
Besides the images of Apple A10, alleged "iPhone 7" logic boards also appeared on Weibo. Since they lack any actual chips, it's impossible to tell whether the images show an "iPhone 7" board or something else. |
