Qualcomm offers chipset for all segments, from entry-level to high-end and is pretty much dominating the market. To stay ahead of the competition like MediaTek, Samsung, Huawei, Apple, NVIDIA and others, the company is always working on new products.
India's import-export website Zauba suggest that Qualcomm could release a second generation Snapdragon 652 chipset. The listing reveals some specs, including 2.0 GHz/1.4 GHz octa-core processor with a GPU clocked at 621 MHz, support for a 1,440 x 2,560 resolution display and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM. 58 units were imported to India from the US and each chip is priced at $51. There are no other details but stay tuned. |
