As promised, Samsung has officially unveiled two new smartwatches called Gear S3 and Gear S3 Frontier. Tha smartwatches are successors to the Gear S2 lineup, but the company has promised to continue selling the Gear S2 for those that don't like bigger Gear S3.

Both models feature a 1.3-inch circular Super AMOLED Always On display that is 46 mm in diameter. The display is protected by the latest Corning Gorilla Glass SR+ and has rotating bezel. Like its predecessor, it runs on Tizen. The Frontier model includes LTE support and offers a rugged outdoor look, while the Gear S3 classic keeps minimalist, elegant look. They also have an IP68 rating, but their 316L stainless steel body should even corrosion from salt water. Both models are priced the same, at €399 in Europe.
