The long rumoured, third member of the Moto Z lineup is finally official. At the IFA 2016, Motorola has officially announced the affordable Moto Z Play handset. Although it has lower price tag compared to the other two models, the company didn't sacrifice much in terms of specs.

The design is very similar to other Moto Z phones, featuring glass and metal body, with support for Moto Mods. There are some compromises inside the phone. It is powered by Snapdragon 652, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a 3,510 mAh battery. There is a fingerprint sensor on the front, dual SIM support and the same camera setup as the two other Moto Z phones.

The Moto Z Play comes in Black, Silver, Black Slate, White, Fine Gold and Sugar White colors, and is priced at $449.99. The phone will hit the market in September.
