The new, safe Galaxy Note 7 smartphones were expected to go on sale in South Korea on September 28, but a governmental agency asked Samsung to delay the refund or exchange program for the Galaxy Note 7 in South Korea. It looks like Samsung responded positively to the request.
According to new reports, Samsung will be delaying the start of new Galaxy Note 7 smartphone sales in South Korea by three days, to October 1. The reason behind the delay is to complete the ongoing recall in the country. The company replaced around 200,000 affected units and it has to replace another 200,000 units. |
