As expected, Huawei has officially unveiled more affordable version of the Mate 9 Porsche Edition. The new model is called Mate 9 Pro and is very similar to the Porsche Edition, with some key differences. The first is the pricing, as Mate 9 Pro costs 4,699 ($690).

That is for the 4 GB/64 GB model, while the Mate 9 Pro with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage costs CNY 5,299 or $780. That is around $100 more than the standard Mate 9 model. At the moment, the Mate 9 Pro is available for order only in China and there is no word on international availability.
