A day after Vivo unveiled new mid-range camera-centric V5 smartphone, the company unveiled two flagship phones - the X9 and X9 Plus. The biggest feature of the new phones is a dual front camera setup with 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel camera sensors.

The 20 MP camera uses 1/2.8″ Sony IMX376 sensor and f/2.0 aperture, while the 8-megapixel sensor is used for capuring depth information when shooting selfies. As for the rear camera, it uses a 16 MP 1/2.8″ sensor.

The specifications are the same for both smartphones, except for a few key differences. The X9 is powered by Snapdragon 625, 4 GB of RAM and a 3,050 mAh battery, while the Plus model has bigger display, Snapdragon 653, 6 GB of RAM and a 4,000 mAh battery.
