The last announcement from Lenovo during the first day of CES 2017 is the amazing new Surface Pro challenger, the MIIX 720. We have heard many things about a new Windows-powered detachable tablet in 2016, but we don't have to guess anymore. The Lenovo MIIX 720 will be available in April, starting at $999.99 in either Champagne Gold or Iron Gray color options.

The 12-inch tablet comes with 2,880 x 1,920 3:2 panel with a pixel density of 288 pixels per inch and is powered by more power-efficient Intel Kaby Lake 15W processors, up to 16 GB of DDR4 RAM memory and up to 1 TB of SSD storage.

There is a single Thunderbolt 3 port as well as three USB ports, including a USB 3.1 Type-C, a USB 3.0, and a USB 2.0. Lenovo has rated the MIIX 720 for up to 8 hours of battery life.
