To please all tablet fans, Lenovo announced a successor to the original ThinkPad X1 tablet, with better specs and a few other changes. The new model will hit the shelves sometime in March, starting at $949, along with optional accessories including a detachable keyboard, and a "presenter" module with an integrated projector.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 packs a 12-inch display with a 2,160 x 1,440 pixels IPS panel, digital pen support, and is powered by Intel Core i7-7Y75 Kaby Lake processor, up to 16 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and up to 1 TB of PCIe SSD. Lenovo promises up to 10 hours of battery life with an extra 5 hours if you add an optional "productivity module." |
