Fabless IC firm MediaTek has reported NT$7.62 billion (US$266 million) in consolidated revenues for April 2011, down 2.4% on month and 36.8% on year.For the first four months of 2011, MediaTek's consolidated revenues totaled NT$27.49 billion, a decrease of 38.6% from a yearearlier.MediaTek has forecast sequential sales growth of 5-12% for the second quarter. Its consolidated revenues for the first quarter slid 12.4% sequentially to NT$19.87 billion, which met the lower end of the company's NT$19.5-21 billion guidance.
