Faulty lithium batteries and other waste materials caused a small fire at a Samsung SDI facility in Tianjin, China. The fire didn't lead to any injuries or massive levels of damage, but it's another battery-related headache.

Most operations at the factory were unaffected by the incident, says Samsung. No devices will be delayed as a result of the fire.

It was only recently that Samsung finally laid out the reasons for its Galaxy Note 7 battery problem. Samsung SDI was blamed for part of the battery flaws that led to a recall of millions of units.
