A new lawsuit filed by BlackBerry has accused Nokia of violating up to eleven of its patents. The patents involved in the lawsuit cover networking technology vital to the 3GPP standard. BlackBerry has a practice of licensing those patents to other companies, but Nokia allegedly failed to properly license the tech.

BlackBerry filed its lawsuit in the US District Court of Delaware in Wilmington. It is looking to receive damages as a result of Nokia's infringement.
