ZTE didn't have any new flagship devices at its MWC 2017 booth, but there is one interesting device. Dubbed the ZTE Gigabit Phone, the handset is the world's first 5G phone. Thanks to Snapdragon 835 and Qualcomm's X16 LTE modem, the phone is capable of speeds up to 1 Gbps.

The company says that it combines wireless carrier aggregation with 4×4 MIMO antenna technology and 256-QAM modulation to achieve those download speeds, which will allow users to watch 360-degree VR, 4K video, and instant cloud storage on the move. Unfortunately, the phone is not yet ready and won't reach the market for at least a few months.
