As expected, BlackBerry has now unveiled a new smartphone for the Indonesian market. The BlackBerry Aurora was actually launched by BB Merah Putih, a company that has the license for making, marketing, and selling BlackBerry-branded smartphones in Indonesia.
The phone packs a 5.5-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 425 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery. Camera department includes a 13 MP rear and an 8 MP selfie shooter. The Aurora will go on sale after March 12, which is when the pre-order ends. It costs around $260, but we doubt the phone will make its ways onto the other markets. |
