A new 9.7-inch iPad Pro could be announced as early as new week, according to Mac Otakara. The iPad Pro 2 doesn't have a publicly scheduled announcement date, so the rumor is coming from supply chain sources.

Given the rumored unveil is coming up quickly and there has yet to be an event invitation, Apple may be planning to announce the product through a press release.

Another upcoming 10.5-inch iPad is reportedly going to be revealed with an actual event sometime in early April, though that has not been confirmed either.
