As of noon session of May 20, spot price of a 2Gb DDR3 chip had dropped by about 1-2% to US$1.78. Spot price of a 32Gb multi-level cell (MLC) and triple-level cell (TLC) Flash chip dropped by 2-3% to US$4.34 and US$4.39, respectively.
