As Windows PC sales continue to fall, Mac sales have experienced some growth, according to a recent Gartner report. During the first three months of the year, Apple shipped 4.2 million Macs globally, up 4.5%. That increase brought the company's share from 6.3% to 6.8%.

At the same time, PC sales have gone down.

Lenovo is still the largest computer manufacturer in the world with a market share of 19.9%. HP, Dell, and Asus came in behind Lenovo with 19.5%, 15%, and 7.3%, respectively.

Asus had a particularly notable share decline as it controlled 8.3% of the market last year.
