Taiwan-based memory module makers Phison Electronics, Transcend Information, Adata Technology and Power Quotient International (PQI) saw July revenues increase on month, while fellow maker Apacer Technology saw July revenues slip sequentially.
In view of stagnant demand for DRAM, the makers have increased output of NAND flash memory chip and decreased DRAM.
