Rexchip Electronics, a DRAM-manufacturing joint venture between Elpida Memory and Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC), has become a public company and is looking to be listed on Taiwan's emerging stock market by the end of the first quarter, according to a Chinese-language United Daily News (UDN) report.
The paper cited company sources as declining to reveal Elpida's schedule for lowering its stake in Rexchip.
