Taiwan-based DRAM maker Nanya Technology has reported consolidated revenues of NT$2.551 billion (US$86.5 million) for January 2013, increasing 13.4% on month but decreasing 3.4% on year, while Inotera Memories and those of NT$2.656 billion, slipping 16.5% on month and 5.7% on year, according to the companies.
The companies are expected to benefit from recent rises in DRAM contract and spot market prices, which will be reflected in their first-quarter performance.
