Lenovo rolled out the S820, designed to woo the fairer sex. Donned in Spanish red, this beauty clearly borrows some design ideas from across the straits (HTC One X red). It offers a 4.7-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing one, but mid-range innards, probably to offset costs for the brilliant pair of cameras and screen.
The S820 is driven by a MediaTek MT6589 SoC, which combines a quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU clocked at 1.20 GHz, PowerVR 5XT graphics; 1 GB of RAM, and 4 GB of internal storage that's expandable to 32 GB with micro-SDHC. Interestingly, the phone supports dual-SIM, the first one supports HSPA+, and the second plain 2G EDGE. The device is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery, and is driven by stock Android 4.2 "Jelly Bean." It could start selling for RMB 1,999, which converts to US $330, contract-free.
