Nokia introduced a pair of not-so-smart candybars, which it stopped short of naming within its "Asha" series, owing to the older Symbian S40 code that drives them. Both phones are largely similar, with the 207 being single-SIM and lacking a camera, while the 208 features a dual-SIM variant, and a 1.3-megapixel camera.
Both phones feature 3.5G HSPA (up to 14.4 Mbps down, 5.76 Mbps up), Bluetooth 3.0 with slam-sharing (quick pair-and-transfer), and a micro-SDHC card slot, which can expand storage by up to 32 GB. A standard 3.5 mm jack connects to a wired stereo headset (included).
The stock S40 interface, beamed out by a 2.4-inch QVGA screen, comes with in-built apps for most popular social-networks, including Facebook and Twitter. Measuring 114.2 x 50.9 x 12.8 mm, the two weigh under 90 g, each. A 1,020 mAh battery powers up the two. The two start at US $68.
