Sony has a fantastic lineup of Android Smartphones this year, far better than what was on offer in 2012. The company has managed to cover every segment of the market without actually making us feel like a 'Spam' labelled Inbox, unlike what Samsung has done (and will continue doing for the foreseeable future). The newest entry in their Xperia 2013 line falls in between the entry-level and mid-range segment.
Sony's Xperia M is a 4-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) Android Smartphone with 1.0 GHz dual-core Krait processors, Adreno 305 GPU, 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD card, a 5 MP rear camera capable of shooting HD videos, a VGA front facing camera, 1,750 mAh rated battery and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The expected price of the handset is less than $300 without a contract, though we expect that price to quickly fall to as affordable as $200 in the next few months. Expect retail stores across Europe to be selling this phone later this month.
