BGR India revealed in a report yesterday that their Sony insider confirmed the arrival of Honami a.k.a Xperia Z1 in India as early as September 18th, making it a record short time interval between a product's announcement (September 4th) and market availability (just two weeks after). The device is expected to bear a steep INR 46,990 MRP, the same as the phablet Xperia Z Ultra. While the MRP is certainly very, MOP should be around INR 42,990 making the device slightly more affordable.

　　Additionally, the report also revealed that the interchangeable camera lens planned for high-end Sony Smartphones including the Xperia Z1 will be called EspressOn. More details on both the handset and the lens accessories will be revealed on September 4th, just a week away from now.
