Mainland China is getting its first 4G LTE cellular networks, and its communications regulatory commissions TENAA is testing out capable devices. It turns out ZTE's Grand Memo LTE, which made ripples in western LTE-enabled markets, is first in that line.
  The 5.7-inch phablet features HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display resolution, a 13-megapixel primary camera, NVIDIA Tegra 3 SoC with 4+1 Cortex-A9 CPU cores, 12-core GeForce ULV GPU, and Android 4.2 "Jelly Bean." The ZTE Grand Memo LTE will be one of the highlights of PT/EXPO COMM China 2013 conference in Beijing, later this month.
