LG is serious with its plans to take the Vu 3 global, with a launch window slated for October The 4:3 aspect-ratio tablet is being seeded against several 6-inch class phablets, including the Galaxy Note 3, Xperia Z Ultra, and the upcoming HTC One Max.

　　The company is ready with a unique new case for the device. While its other devices, such as the LG G2, feature QuickWindow cases, cases with tiny windows to peek at the screen for time and notifications, the one designed for Vu 3 will be called QuickView, and will keep the screen completely covered, yet stay translucent. Whenever poked or knocked on while covered, the phablet will beam time and notifications right through the cover. You can customize the font and style in some very fun ways.
