According to a new report, HTC is allegedly working on a new variant of their 2013 flagship, the HTC One. While everything on the outside and almost all of the features on the inside will remain the same, this variant will come packing an Octa-Core chipset and 3 GB of RAM. Whether this Octa-Core chipset is the recently launched Exynos 5420 SoC or the upcoming MediaTek 8-core SoC remains to be seen.

The new device is expected to be announced sometime next month. While the screenshot does look legit, but still, take all this with two grains (probably more) of salt.
