NTT DoCoMo may soon begin offering a new high-end Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. Dubbed the Galaxy J as revealed by leaked documents, this new 5-incher features a quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC, 3 GB of RAM and a very Galaxy Note 3 inspired design (squared off edges).

　　Think of the Galaxy J as the soul of the new Note 3 in the form factor of 2013's flagship Galaxy S4. Sadly, the device in question is a Japan exclusive and will very unlikely every make it to overseas destinations, as much as we'd like that to happen. The new phone will be officially announced on October 10th as part of the new Winter collection.
