A new report from a Korean media publication house emerged earlier today, enlightening us of the possibility that Samsung's next-generation Galaxy S5 will come with the first 64-bit Exynos chipset. But there's one feature that would make the new Exynos 6 really special. If the reports are to be believed, Samsung's next will feature a 14nm manufacturing process based mobile SoC, making it an industry first (even Intel hasn't made it yet).
The likely specifications of the Galaxy S5 are a 16 MP OIS camera the Exynos 6 based on 64-bit ARM Cortex A57/Cortex A53 CPU architectures. In any case, if previous reports turn out to be accurate, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S5 in January 2014 which is not too far away.
