Taiwan-based DRAM memory maker Nanya Technology saw its consolidated revenues surge 81.7% from a year earlier in October 2013, while revenues at Inotera Memories jumped 105.1% on year.
On a sequential basis, Nanya and Inotera posted sales growth of 15.7% and 1.5%, respectively, from September.

Nanya at its most-recent investors meeting estimated that consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013 are set to enjoy double-digit sequential growth, thanks to rising DRAM prices and the company's improved product mix.
Inotera, which saw its third-quarter revenues hit a new quarterly high, is expected to report another quarter of record revenues in the fourth quarter, according to market observers. |
