Order visibility for Xiaomi 3 and Xiaomi 2S smartphones extends until the first quarter of 2014, according to supply chain sources.

　　Makers in Xiaomi's supply chain such as panel maker AU Optronics (AUO) and touch panel maker O-Film are seeing strong orders for the two smartphones in addition to nearly one million orders a month for Xiaomi's Red Rice smartphones, the sources said.

　　The sources added that Xiaomi's smartphone sales reached over seven million units in the first half of 2013 and are expected to reach 20 million for the full year.
