Toshiba has just announced that they are starting selling their entry-level REGZA AT374/28K tablet. The first country to get the tablet will be Japan later this week for 29,800 Yen which is around $300, while the availability in other areas has yet to be announced.

　　This 7-inch budget tablet is based on a quad-core Rockchip RK3188 processor that is clocked at 1.6 GHz. It is accompanied by 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable via microSD slot, a 3-megapixel back and a VGA front-facing camera. It has support for both WiFi and Bluetooth, and it runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
