Huawei, the company that took a shot at claiming the "world's slimmest" Smartphone award, only to be beaten by Chinese rival Vivo, is going to make a comeback with a beefed up version of the Ascend P6. While the 6.18mm profile isn't guaranteed, high-end specifications are now a part of the package. Goodbye HD, welcome Full HD (5-inch display size). The HiSilicon Balong 910 chipset allegedly features four cores clocked at 1.6 GHz. Also, the Huawei Ascend P7 packs 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of expandable internal storage, 13 MP rear and 8 MP front cameras, Android + Emotion UI 2.0 and a 2,460 mAh battery.
The Huawei Ascend P7 is scheduled to go on sale in April 2014.
