Worldwide semiconductor manufacturing equipment billings declined 16% on year to US$ 7.65 billion in the third quarter of 2013, according to SEMI. The billings figure is 1% higher than the prior quarter.

　　Worldwide semiconductor equipment bookings were US$8.95 billion in the third quarter of 2013. The figure is 33% higher than the same quarter a year ago, but 2% lower than the bookings figure for the second quarter of 2013.
