Reports that Apple may be working on a larger iPad (Pro) have been flying around for a while now. But this time, DigiTimes has good word from upstream supply chains that a 12.9-inch model of the world's most popular tablet, the Apple iPad, is in the works. But it won't arrive anytime soon.

　　The reports say that Apple is still working on the product, and it is a long way from completion. If everything goes as planned, then we might see the iPad break the 10-inch barrier for the first time in October, 2014.

　　But hey, for all those who want a larger tablet, Samsung is coming up with the Galaxy Note Pro, and that might get announced as early as next month.
