Samsung is allegedly pressured by NTT DoCoMo to finish its new mobile OS until January so the Japanese carrier could unveil its device. Dubbed the SC-03F, the handset has managed to get clearance from the FCC and is rumoured to be announced on February 23rd.

　　According to the details, it has a pretty similar design to the Galaxy S4 measuring 136.1 x 69.1 x 69.1 mm, making it just slightly shorter and slimmer. The specs are currently unknown, so we will have to wait for the official announcement.
