According to a new report by the Korean media, Korean giant Samsung sold over 40 million tablets in 2013. While this is no surprise for Samsung, who had revealed a similar figure during 'analyst day' back in November, the number carries a lot of weight (it is very impressive to say the least). But the company won't stop there. In 2014, Samsung hopes to increase their sales by 250%, i.e. sell 100 million tablets. A pretty steep figure, but seeing that the market is about to get flooded with Galaxy Tabs and Galaxy Notes at every price point and with every possible screen size, they might just make it. |
