It has been just three short months since Sony wowed the crowds with its Xperia Z1, but the Japanese phone maker is already gearing up to introduce two new flagship Smartphones in 1H 2014. One of the two, codenamed Sirius, will be (most likely) introduced at CES next month. Alleged specifications include a 5.2-inch 2560 x 1440 pixel display, Snapdragon 800 or 805 chipset, 3 GB RAM, an improved 20.7 MP Sony G lens camera, a large 3,500 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.
The other device, codenamed Canopus, will only arrive around May, and will offer WiFi connectivity only. Nothing else is known about Canopus as of now, but it could very well be the successor to the Xperia Z Ultra (but then again, something doesn't add up since the Xperia Z Ultra offers cellular connectivity).
