Acer has reported consolidated revenues of NT$28.385 billion (US$946 million) for December, slipping 7.67% sequentially and 22.02% on year.

　　Acer's consolidated revenues reached NT$86.700 billion for the fourth quarter, decreasing 5.94% sequentially, while 2013 consolidated revenues totaled NT$360.191 billion, dipping 16.16% on year.

　　According to IDC, Acer shipped 5.54 million notebooks for a global market share of 6.7% in the fourth quarter, dropping 21.4% and 1.4 percentage points on year, respectively.
