For quite some time, we knew that HP plans to dive into the smartphone market, and new details reveal the release date. According to a report by 9to5 Google, the company will launch 6- and 7-inch phablets sometime next week which are aimed at emerging markets.

　　The devices are said to cost somewhere between $200 and $250 without a contract, and will be released in more than one market. Allegedly the devices are using low density displays, a quad-core Marvell chipset and run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
