Sharp has just launched its newest Windows 8.1 Pro tablet with huge 15.6-inch IGZO display and 3,200 x 1,800 pixels resolution. Sharp's new RW-16G1 features top-tier specs including a 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5 4200U processor, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB solid state drive.
The ULV (ultra-low voltage) dual-core processor should promise more efficient energy consumption with up to nine hours on one charge. Although it weighs around 1,250 grams, the tablet kept relatively thin design being only 12.7 mm thin. In terms of connectivity, it has 3x USB 3.0 ports, a mini DisplayPort, an HDMI port and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wifi plus Bluetooth 4.0 support. At the moment, price and availability details are unknown.
