Reports suggest that Nokia will announce a trio of new Lumia handsets at MWC this year. The official announcement should happen during the company's media event in Barcelona later this month. Of the trio, the Lumia 935 will end up being the highest-end offering. According to reports, said device is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core CPU and packs a 4.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage, 20 MP rear camera and 2,700 mAh battery.
Next up is the Lumia 635 (dual-SIM variant) and Lumia 630, which are being assumed to be the spiritual successors of the Lumia 620. The spec sheet is a little less impressive - 1.7 GHz dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch WVGA display, 8 GB of expandable storage, 1 GB RAM, 8 MP camera and 2,000 mAh battery - but to be fair, Nokia is targeting a much lower price segment with these two devices (sub-$200).
Rumors of a Lumia 1820 are also making the rounds. Unfortunately, we don't have any confirmed info on the same. |
