LG has announced three new mid-range handsets that are a part of the company's L Series III range. The LG L90 sports a 4.7-inch qHD (960 x 540) display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 8 MP camera and a massive 2,540 mAh battery.
  Meanwhile, the LG L70 packs a 4.5-inch WVGA display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, 8 or 5 MP camera and a 2,100 mAh battery. Lastly, we have the LG L40, which sports a 3.5-inch HVGA display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, 3 MP camera and a 1,700 or 1,540 mAh battery which varies with different regions.
  All three devices have optional Quick View cases, feature a special "non-slippery mesh pattern" on the back, and run Android 4.4 KitKat. Details regarding pricing and availability are yet to be disclosed.
