China Mobile has launched M811, its first own-brand 4G smartphone, for sale in the China market at a contract-free retail price of CNY999 (US$160), according to China-based tech.qq.com.
  M811 features Android 4.3, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 5-inch 720x1280 touch screen, 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.2-megapixel front camera, support of TD-LTE/FDD LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/GSM standards, the report said.
  China Mobile has set up about 320,000 TD-LTE (4G) base stations in more than 300 cities around China and has nearly five million subscribers.
